Q/ How will i receive my goods?

A/ Your goods (order) will be deliverd by courier to your delivery address.

Q/ What will happen if nobody is in to take delivery of goods (order).

A/ The courier will leave a card so you can contact them and arrange for goods (order) to be delivered.

Q/ Do you deliver outside of the UK.

A/ Yes we do ship world wide, however outside mainland UK a shipping charge will be added. Please enquire (regarding shipping charge and delivery times) prior to ordering.

Q/ Free delivery Mainland UK, is that including Northern Ireland.

A/ No.

Q/ What does dzr brass mean.

A/ Dzr means that the brass tubing is resistant to de-zincification. ie on open (direct systems) in areas which experience aggressive water conditions or where water softeners are used de-zincification of the brass may occur.
